There are a lot of studies about the constitution of Medina. While the problem of authenticity of the text is emphasized in the West world in general, it is emphasized in Turkey and other countries that this text is active in the social and political field. The text is a mutually accepted work of art about 2 years after the hijra of Prophet to Medina. The text was originally numbered by the German orientalist Welhausen, based on the work of Ibn Ishaq. In this thesis, regardless of the question of authenticity, it is taken into account that in the context of the religious pluralism and tolerance or experience of living together, which has been adopted politically beyond the modern age. There is one truth: this text has been a prototype for the coexistence of Muslim societies in social sense with its signature in Islamic history.
